Vendor FAQ

Please, also refer to the Vendor section of the Event Guidelines at: www.snhpaganpride.org/guidelines

How do I become a NH Pagan Pride vendor? Vendor Registration for 2009 is Closed. Please check back with us next year.

What is the availability of vendor spots? There will be 28 vendor slots for rent, some are inside and some are outside. Each slot will be 10 foot frontage x 10 feet deep. Additionally, there will be 9 spots reserved for readers and body/energy workers. There will be some spots available with electricity, but they are few. The fee for a slot is $35.00 for new vendors, with returning vendors receiving a $5.00 discount. The price is the same for indoor and outdoor sites.

How will I know if I am registered as a vendor? Vendor Coordinator will contact you once your registration and application have been received. All registered vendors will receive a confirmation packet with further information in early August.

How do I get the location I want? Vendor booth locations will be preassigned by the Vendor and Event Day Coordinators. You may specify your preferred indoor or outdoor location and we will attempt to place you in that general area. Earliest registrants will be given most preference, but please understand that we do not have the ability to grant all requests. There is also no guarantee that you can be placed by another person.

Are new merchants welcome? Of course! We invite anyone interested to apply. Vendors are approved on a first-application-received basis out of fairness to everyone. We do not reserve vendor slots until an application AND payment have both been received by the Vendor Coordinator. Again, spaces will NOT be held for receipt of payment alone or application alone. You MUST return both to be guaranteed of your space.

Who are the Vendor and Event Day Coordinators who will be assisting the Vendors?

  • Wrentek MacGowan, Event Day Coordinator, will be the direct liaison on the day of NH Pagan Pride Day.

Additionally:

  • Matooka Moonbear-MacGowan, Vendor Coordinator, will handle all registration and payment details.
  • Kali Fyre, Local Coordinator, is available for any additional concerns or issues.

What can Vendors expect on NH Pagan Pride Day?Vendors may arrive at the Church beginning at 8 AM to set up. You may park your vehicles on the street in front of the church to unload and set up. Once you are set up, you will be expected to move your vehicle to the back of the lot designated, which is on the corner of Walnut and Prospect Sts. to allow access to street parking for attendees. The Event Day Coordinator will be on site to help you will locating your space. We will be publishing a Vendor Location Guide in the Program, so please be sure to set up in your assigned location to allow your patrons to find you!

What do I need for my Vendor slot?Vendors need to bring their own means of display, and coverings for their wares in case of inclement weather. Many merchants opt for portable shelters that can be found at any local hardware or camping store and folding tables, bookshelves, crates, etc. Merchants with electricity need to bring their own heavy-duty grounded extension cord. Many Vendors bring banners, signage, flags, drapery, and other things to decorate their booths. While you may bring all manner of things to augment your space, we ask that you take it all home with you at the close of festival.

Can I have someone come in help me set up and take down my booth? Yes. Although we always do what we can to assist our Vendors in set up and tear down,  NH Pagan Pride is a volunteer-staffed event, and we cannot guarantee we will have enough volunteers available to assist each vendor. Additionally, having your own assistant to attend your booth will allow you to enjoy the event, as well as vend at it!

  • Through our information resources, public events, and media contacts, we hope to challenge intolerance through education.
We wish not only to reduce discrimination against us, but to present the value that our paths can bring to society.
We will not hide in the shadows any longer. We are not ashamed of the Gods we rever and the ways we celebrate! Ours is not a path for everyone; you are encouraged to practice what spirituality you will. But we now claim the right to take pride in what we practice.
